My Owl has been sent

I do hope my spoilee receives my post. I placed it in the mail on Thursday the 3rd of April. I keep checking the GPS unit I installed on it's leg, but it doesn't seem to be registering. If my spoilee has figured out who she is, here is the location number: 7007 1490 0002 5128 5094. If not, here is a clue-- my spoilee is on the other side of the continent from me.
